Client searched for expired memberships, called members, they had upgraded and were therefore not expired. Client is embarrassed, members are bothered, of course all my fault!!
I would love to see easier reporting and searching features in the future. I like to suggest CB SUBS to clients, but they get frustrated when they can't just go in and search for everything all at once.
