Installed 4.0.1 but still shows 4.0.0-rc2

Installed 4.0.1 but still shows 4.0.0-rc2 was created by UniMult

I have CB 2.0.10 and have downloaded and installed CB Subs 4.0.1 but in the CB Subs Global Settings shows I still have version 4.0.0-rc2 installed.

When I go into the Plans screen I get

Because of this, some weird things happen when creating Plans. How do I resolve this and install the latest version of CB Subs?

Please install latest CB 2.x and CBSubs 4.x nightly releases then see if your issue persists.
