For my English Sorry I am French .
I would like to hide the credit card payments , leaving only paypal . But impossible, even disabling plugins remove links " pay with Visa , pay with mastercard , etc ...

Did you configure payment gateways to provide those buttons in CBSubs > Gateways? The PayPal gateway only shows the PayPal button. You'd of had to of configured other gateways to have those buttons or used the radio button option, but that does not appear to be enabled.
