Authorize ARBs Reactivated After User Cancellation

Authorize ARBs Reactivated After User Cancellation was created by MorningstarVideos
Hello, we are having customers getting billed after they have cancelled their subscriptions.

For one customer in particular, I had manually deactivated his ARB from the Authorize.net website, only to find it had been reactivated immediately afterward on the next auto-recurring date.

Please help! We could be in legal trouble if this issue cannot be fixed, and at the very least have our reputation severely harmed.

CB version is 2.0.9. Joomla version is 2.5.9. CBSubs version is 4.0.0.

This issue was first noticed with CBSubs before it became GPL. We had hoped that upgrading to 4.0.0 would fix the issue.

Is this a known bug? Is it fixed in 4.0.1?

Are there any errors within CBSubs Notifications or History Log regarding the cancellation? Sounds like the cancellation API call to Authorize.net may have failed. Please upgrade to CB 2.x and CBSubs 4.x nightly releases to ensure your install is up to date.
