I guess you could link to a CBSubs plan page by supplying the URL in a Facebook post or something. Aside from that I don't understand what you're requesting.

Are you thinking something along the lines of selling activation codes on Facebook (or some other site)? The no-longer-supported akeeba subscriptions had a system of "coupons" like acted as activation codes, iirc.

I think the only way you can do that is to create a Facebook Application with a canvas page to a store front. I don't think that'll work well with CB unless your canvas page was just your website or your store canvas page sold coupon codes or something. CBSubs Promotions can provide the coupon usage, but you'd need to have the canvas page developed. A native Facebook application would be even more complicated to develop.
