[#5367] Language issue when install CBSubs 4.0

I'm out of ideas as well. There is only the CB default language plugin installed (I did remove the CB Subs Language Plugin), and all the database checks are fine. Would you care to jump on briefly to see if anything strikes you? Otherwise, I guess I can start from scratch in upgrading the production site to CB 2.0 and hope the problem goes away.

Ok, was able to find the cause. This appears to be a bug. Should be fixed for next nightly CBSubs release.

That's got it ... tonight's build did fix the problem, which is a relief and another validation of the nightly build concept.

Thanks very much, Kyle, that was a tough nut to crack.

FYI, CB Subs 3.0 formats "04-01" as "April 1", which my group would prefer. This change to CB Subs 4.0 makes it "1 April". Our display settings are the same for both versions of CB Subs.

But that's no big deal. We're happy, and again, thanks!
