error on install

hi i have tried multiple times to upload CB 2.0.9 because i am trying to upgrade my CBSubs.
currently i am running CB1.9.1 & CBSubs 3.0
everytime i go to extension manager & try to install CB 2.0.9 i get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function cbimport() in /home/purefin1/public_html/testsite/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbpaidsubscriptions/cbpaidsubscriptions.sysplug.php on line 83

per the documentation it said to install CB first before CBSubs but this is clearly correlated. can you please guide me as to how to resolve this? what order should i do the install or is there something other that i should do?

i have spent about 5 hours on this only to find out that i had wasted that time. i somehow got it to install by installing some of cbsubs & then some of cb until i had them all installed successfully. i then checked the db with the cb tools etc... i upgraded due to the fact that CBSubs was now compatible as that is what we use for management. however we also use GroupJive for forum which is not compatible along with a couple other cb plugins etc....
can you please advise me if i am not seeing something? i used GJ 2.7.
furthermore there are multiple issues that CB/CBSubs caused with my current setup. mind you i have used this combination for years & currently use CB 1.9.1 & CBSubs 3.0. it seemed to cause many template overrides, menu item color changes, module titles disappeared etc....
i would appreciate it if someone can offer guidance as i have purchased both the cbsubs & the professional membership.
