Paypal invoice fields empty at payment time was created by julie.prod.web
Hi,

I have upload my bsubs version because I needed unlimited registration with community builder.
I’m working with the 3.0.0 cbsubs version with Joomla version : 2.5.8 and paypal gateway and CB 1.9.1.

But now I have some problems.
All settings for registration are fine but some think change at payment time.
- The client information (Name, Lastname, email address…) are not reporting into the paypal fields (fields are empty at paypal payment page ).

I have check the cbsubs setting in General plugin settings> display >Invoices
>Customer invoicing address : the settings are the same as before.

This is working with the paypal account test (sandbox) but with the real account it’s not working (I have make test with premier and business paypal account)

Paypal interface account is changing and I suppose Cbsubs composant it’s not updating correctly with the new paypal interface.

Some idea ?

Ok, sorry, I have find the solution and change setting in the paypal Gateway :

- Send customers invoicing address: yes
- Send customers email address: yes
- Send customers phone number: yes

And it's working well.

The french translation it's not very good, so I give you better translation :
- Send customers invoicing address: "Envoyer l'adresse de facturation du client".
- Send customers email address: "Envoyer l'email du client".
- Send customers phone number: "Envoyer le numéro de téléphone du client".

Because in french we understand like : "send to the client (customer)" or some think like that, so it's little bit confuse.

Best regards
