Help with install of CB Subs 4.0 was created by jmboone

I need help with install- can you assist- I am using Joomla 3.3- PHP 5.4, just updated Community Builder 2.07- it wont let me install CB Subs- error says Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find Joomla XML setup file.Error
Unable to find install package website is www.7on7U.com
You all installed for me in beginning- Thank you,
