CBSubs itself is not affected by this change. If your server (managed by your hoster) is up to date with the Linux security updates, all will be fine.
Just make sure that your hoster performs regular server security updates (well if he does not you better change hoster fast lol). Root certificates are part of any Linux distribution, and part of the normal server updates process. So nothing special to worry about.
