[#5152] Unable to save details to Automatic Email notifications on a plan

Hi,

I have been trying to save the email text into the notifations on various email options

the following and all of their supporting fields are simply not storing to the database, and on an apply opr save and a reload of the plan, the fields appear blank:
  • Email on pending payment of manual renewal
  • Email at each automatic renewal

All the other fields on this form seem to be storing correctly!

Can anyone help? Is this a bug?

Was able to confirm your issue and have created a bug ticket for further investigation.

Forgot to mention: That one is fixed since CBSubs 4.0 stable. Just adding it here to close this thread properly. :)
