I looked into the doc and forum, but did not find the answer to my problem.
1) Instead of [automatic], which substitution do you use for displaying price including VAT
2) Then I may have custom plan which price would vary depending on the parameter set by the User. Is it possible to implement a rule to calculate and display such a "custom" price ?

Such substitution does not exist. Tax does not calculate until on the basket when the totalizers kick in. You'll need to manually override the price display with tax included.

The only way you can have the price change based off field values is using CBSubs Promotions and using negative/positive promotions to increase/decrease the price as needed.
