i've set up CBSubs on my website, using several payment plans and paypal as payment processor. The problem is that when the user tries to subscribe from free to paid plan, he sees the form for entering details for the invoice, upon clicking it and inserting data, clicking save throws:

also, when i click on the Paid Subscriptions admin menu in backend i get:
