Compatibility problem CB Subscriptions

Well warning meaning that there is an error somewhere in the code and needs to be corrected

It does not appear of course for our users but needs to be addressed nevertheless...

Upgrade to latest nighlties found below as this issue has been fixed. It's the CBSubs module trying to load legacy CB configuration file, which doesn't exist anymore.
