error when publish cd subs plugin in cb backend

Hi,
i have an error on frontend when i publish cb subs plugin in cb backend.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 50331648 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in <span>/</span>home<span>/</span>kosmos/www/medicine-prof/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbgroupjive/plugins/cbgroupjivevideo/cbgroupjivevideo.php on line 1684

in my php.ini i have a setting: memory_limit=-1 ( i see it in joomla php information)

Joomla! 2.5.27,PHP Version 5.3.10-1ubuntu3.6,

Please help me to resolve it.

50M PHP memory is probably much too small for your Joomla site and the extensions installed.

Follow this article:

and/or ask your host to increase the PHP memory setting to something larger - 80M or even 128M.

I have root access in ubuntu? How to increase it?

It shows you how to find the php.ini file your environment is loading.
You need to edit that file and adjust the memory_limit variable appropriately.
