I am trying to configure a mailer to send reminders to members that are set to expire in 30 days.

I am using the following settings:

- Automatically send message at the following date - "30 days before"
- Relative to this date - Subscriptions Expiry Date
- Applies to all present and future plans
- must be in "Active" state
- But do not send message it is later than = 1 day.

The query works but it sends and then the next day resends mails to the same people. So you get the first email at 30 days, then again at 29 days. The plan is the run the cron task once a day every day. So I need the query to return only the 30 day people. How can I modify the query to do that ?

Thanks

Set "Maximum messages per customer (0=unlimited)" to 1 and it should only send to the user once. If you set it to 30 days before then it'll send at 29, 28, 27, etc.. as you're allowing up to 30 days before expiration. To stop this you maybe able to set "But do not send message if it's later than" to "29 days before" so it only sends to 30 day users.
