The paypal order confirmation email contains a 2 character state code. In Australia we use 3 character state codes, so the code is truncated and therefore meaningless e.g. 'NSW' becomes 'SW' which we never use. I am assuming that Paypal is echoing back what it was sent by CBSubs. How can I get CBSubs to use a 3 character state code please?
You can't, the PayPal API uses a 2 state code and not a 3 state code.
