Blank Payment Slip Window (Mac Desktop, Safari) was created by Godzilla Blitz

Using the latest version of CBSubs GPL (just bought it a week or so ago)...

When someone registers using our site on Safari on a Mac desktop (not iPad), and they opt to pay offline, they'll get to a window that lists the membership and the payment. At the bottom it says:

"Click here to confirm that you are paying off-line and to display the Payment slip to print."

Clicking on that link opens a confirmation window fine, clicking OK to confirm opens a new window, but it's totally blank. The payment slip does not display.

Pop-ups are enabled.

Everything works fine in Chrome and FIrefox on a Mac. It's just Safari on a Mac. Happens across systems, and happens all the time.

Thoughts on how to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Safari Version: Version 7.0.4 (9537.76.4)
Mac OS: 10.9.3

If it's a specific browser it could be a popup blocker of some sort that's doing it. Maybe even a browser extension. I'm not sure as I don't have a Mac or Safari to test such a case. If possible press F12 while viewing the popup window. This should open the browsers developer console so you can review the DOM. Next check if there is any HTML on the page at all.

Please ensure you're using the latest nightlies found below.

CB 2.x Nightly:

Next ensure your invoice totalizers aren't bugged within CBSubs > Settings > Display > Invoices. They should be as follows.

Subtotal 1 = 10
Subtotal 2 = 0
Promotions = 20
Sales Tax = 40
Subtotal 3 = 0
Subtotal 4 = 0
Grand Total = 100
