I have 6 plans (all same hierarchy-level) and want to hide all other plans when any of these plans is active (or payment pending), that the user cannot upgrade or even see any other plan while he has a subscription active.
How can this be done?
Hiding a plan from upgrading does not show the plan at all even if he hasn't subscribed any plan at all.
On the Workflows tab of your plans under "Static Conditions on already existing subscriptions and CB Fields and Dates to allow upgrades" set "First static condition" to "This condition must be NOT be met to allow upgrades:" then adjust "Any of the following plans subscriptions" as needed. There is a bug with one of these conditional features, but hopefully not that one.
