[SOLVED] Prorated subscription signup skips payment

The entire CBSub registration process was working fine until the prorated payment kicked up as of this month. When the user fills out the CB registration form, it does not go to the payment method selection page, but instead it goes to REGISTRATION COMPLETE! and the username and password email gets sent to the registrant with the activation link.

This month is the first time the CBSub is using the preset promotion - is there any setting I should check up on?

Please advise.

I just tested it with the promotion removed and the same bypassing happens, so it's not caused by the promotion.

CBSubs only skips the gateway process if the purchase is free. Your promotion is giving too much of a discount I suppose.

As I mentioned, I noticed the same issue happens without any promotion in place.

After clicking on the Register button, it is taking users to index.php?option=com_comprofiler&Itemid=xxx, making the registration complete without going to the payment page.

Please disable all SEF and purge cache then re-test. It's possible the URLs are being rewritten incorrectly.
