We have no plans on developing such a payment gateway.
At the moment we are focused on CB 2.0 development.
As a Developer you have access to our CBSubs API documents (see Developer download area) and CBSubs code is opensource.
You can develop of hire someone to develop this for you based on the documentation and the example code available on other gateway plugins.
