I have around 40 new members that registered using cbsubs. I use the CB standard workflows that don't require email validation but require the administrator's approval.
I have approved all these guys and show as registered on cb user manager. However, 8 of these registered users on cb user manager, don't have a subscription enabled.
I don't know about the others but one of them keeps geting blocked when trying to log in and is told their subscription expired.
I'm afraid that that case may be for the other 7 too. What's wrong with my CBSubs setup? I've tried most recommendations on this board but noting worked.
Please advise!
