Add text field to Donation screen

Is there a way to add a text field for notes to the CBSubs Donations?
If someone donates I would like to know where they want their donation to go.

Example Donation (user can fill in amount): $25
Text Field (user can fill in additional information): For church directory and flower fund

Nope, you may want to create multiple donation plans for the various donations you accept that that'd make it a little easier to manage what goes where (plus have record keeping for each).
