That's also a very likely possibility. In most cases you should never tamper with the default usergroups. CB does not know how to behave with new parent usergroups under Public as we have yet to rewrite our ACL usage. So CB may not be "seeing" your custom usergroups very well. Joomla also doesn't know how to behave as all access permissions are lost when you did this. If possible I suggest reviewing a clean installs usergroups table and try to restore the defaults then move your customer usergroups under your custom "Registered" usergroup to be under the default "Registered" usergroup.Could it be because I've once deleted the original "Registered" group and later I've recreated it?
You should be able to do the follow.Could tell me if these are the correct test steps I need to take:
1. Disable 1 extension;
2. Register a user from the front end;
3. See if the correct user group is assigned;
4. If not go to the next extension.
