Expired menber renew issue.

Hi CB Team,
I have an issue where a expired member wishes to renew- but when they log-in the system does not redirect to the registration plans page and if they click the join us (index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=registers) it just gives them the message: You are already logged in.
I've checked the cb config registration redirect url and tried different settings including blank to no avail. All plans have blank redirects.

I'm stumped, please help.

It doesn't normally redirect them unless the access is absolutely needed to even join the site (no free registrations). They just need to navigate to their profile and renew from the Subscriptions tab.

Thanks Kyle, I thought that might be the case, but how can I handle the 'You are already logged in' message described above.

You want to get rid of the message or change it? Both can be done by editing the successful login language string _LOGIN_SUCCESS. Please see your CB documentation available for download in the Advanced downloads section for language string usage as well as the information found below.
