Being we are an association dealing with political representatives, some of whom may or may not have resorted to use of hacking measures in the past I need to ensure we do not get trapped, even if the possibility of someone using this loophole is remote. My hopes lay with your design folks finding s simple code adjustment to provide the flexibility we need.

I don't have a solution at this time. Please understand it's working as intended so it will take a good bit of redesign for it to behave completely differently. It's not a simple bug fix or a simple feature implementation.

With that said the best I can suggest at this time is simply don't accept subscriptions during registration, but do so after.
