[SOLVED] Ghosts users?

I think I have something interesting...

I can't create a new user if his "Name" is already in database (take by another user for example)

Error Message:

42 - Impossible de mettre à jour le contact COM_CONTACT_ERROR_UNIQUE_ALIAS

When I saw field setting I saw type predefined name and username fields

I think I resolved problem when looking this post:

Yeah, that's the Joomla contact plugin. It creates a contact entry for a user when they register, but the silly thing is unique by Name when Name in Joomla is not unique, lol. I'm not sure how it'd cause ghost registrations though? If a user doesn't receive confirmation email for whatever reason they can force a resend of it by attempting to login. You can also force resend from backend. More than likely they received it, but it went to their spam folder for whatever reason.
