I keep getting this error when I test the cancel link on the paypal form for using a credit card to pay. If I cancel before going to paypal there is no problem. If I copy the link to cancel into a new browser window it does not give the error?

What's the URL (domain omitted) that it's sending you to? Your error isn't coming from CB or CBSubs, but the extension com_arismartcontent; for whatever reason is intercepting the cancel URL. Try disabling that extension in Joomla extension manager and see if issue persists.
