Do not exclude the conditional, you're redirecting all registration pages to login. Your current setup is just redirecting already logged in users to the login page from the registration page so it's not doing what you originally requested. Adjust the conditional if needed, but what I supplied should work when navigating to a CBSubs plans registration page.
