How to activate the arabic language after i instal was created by yadham

Helloo ,,,

I installed the arabic language package for CB through the plugin manager CB . but my website still in default language which is English.

Whawt i tried ?
1- check the global default language is Arabic
2- rename the language package same as the arabic default one installed .

but still not work Please help .

Are you sure the language plugin is published ?

Edit: Sorry, language plugins can't be unpublished! sorry , I have no other solution .. :S

Did you install plugin from forge.joomlapolis.com/projects/lan-cb-ar/files ?
