(SOLVED) CB Images not showing in uddeIM

The title says it all-
anyone else with this issue or know where my settings may be wrong - all I get is the standard "No Image" pic even though the sender has an image in CB......

Sorry, my crystal ball is broken.

- which CB version do you use
- which uddeIM version do you use
- what path is used to display the "No image" picture
- where are the profile pictures stored
- what CB settings do you use in uddeIM

There is a known issue that pictures from the CB gallery are not shown.

So we are not talking about an avatar a user has chosen from teh CB gallery?

Have you checked if CB has created a thumbnail for this user? uddeIM uses the thumbnail in its list, not the original picture.

Certainly in most cases it is an avatar from the gallery that isn't showing up in PM's.

However one I tested just now was an uploaded image and that didn't generate a thumbnail - but I have now set CB back to using GD instead of ImageMajik and it is now generating thumbnails

Ok - Addendum:-

Just ran another quick test and it seems as though if someone has selected an avatar from the library that won't show in the PM's - however if they have uploaded an image and a thumbnail is created that will display OK.

So I'm not sure why it isn't pulling the avatars from the library
