Hi everyone. I am wondering if there is a way to block a group of users from receiving PMs from anyone. basically our admin and moderator team on the site do not want to be PM'd continuously from the user base, and it would make better business if they used our ticketing system instead.

Any ideas?

In the upcoming uddeIM 1.1 you can block registered users to send PMs to certain groups (e.g. admins).

Currently there is no release date for it. When you are brave you could use the trunk version from Joomlacode.org. I have it running on my community site for some days now and it is fine, though there might be some bugs of course.

Hi Slabbi,

I tried it out.. but alas.. it still is not what im looking for... yet... is there anyway to incorporate jACL in to it? I think if there was an option to do it right out of the box, it would be awesome.

Any help would be great, thank you for all your hard work!
