Can't get autocomplete to work? was created by fribse2011
I've created a testsite with protostar template, and the default uddeim template, but I still don't see autocomplete appear.
I've set it to 'do not load mootools (use meio).
J 3.5.1
UDDEIM 3.8

Are there any Javascript errors? Can you try a different theme?

I see these errors in Chrome:

mootools-core.js:164 POST https://testsite/forums/index.php?option=com_uddeim&task=completeUserName&no_html=1&format=raw&limit=20&value=s%C3%B8ren&iogrpd7j 500 (Using $this when not in object context)
I also see this in chrome: 0 Using $this when not in object context
It's J3.5.1 running on PHP7.
I've tried both protostar and a joomspirit template, both show the same.

The MooTools (mootools-core.js:164) based autocompleter does not work with Joomla 3.x. Please use MEIO instead.

I thought that looked odd too, it's ALREADY set to 'do not load mootools (Use MEIO instead)'.
