uddeIM as admin only contact method

Hi, we would like to use a private message system in a joomla site, which allows the admin to communicate with individual users. It would allow the user to send a message to admin, and admin can reply. However, NOT allow users to message each other.

I would like to know:

1) if the system can be restricted to admin/user contact only (not user to user)
2) if this can be used standalone with Joomla2.5 (without the need for CB or other community component)

Yes, you can block messages to groups except Admins.

sorry for annoying you, but what should I do, that the Registered Users can only send messages to the Admin Group?

I've these settings? But Registered users even have the rights to send messages between them self.

This setting should also block registered users.
Nevertheless, uddeIM is a private messaging system for communities, not a contact form nor a ticket system. For your special purpose it might be necessary to modify the send message code in uddeim.php. There is a section that tests for blocking, spam etc. Here you could add a test that only accepts certain users as recipient.
