PM with admin approval

I am looking for a way to allow users to communicate with each other and send PMs but the messages can only be sent after an admin approves them. I thought of using Uddim but I don't see that function available. CB has all of the featured needed by my client except the PM with approval function. Would groupjive or some other package work better and have that function build it? Thanks for your help.

The Premium Package contains a "Message Contol Center" Plugin which should do the job. Please check the FAQ before getting the package.

I never expected it to be here, rather on the website.

In the FAQ it says that there is no email to the recipient after moderator approval, is that accurate? Will that be updated soon? An extra step for a busy site to notify each user is less than ideal.
