Uddeim problem with Arabic characters

Hi,
I have Uddeim component running under joomal 1.5.22
I have UTF-8 as a default setting. The website is in arabic. When I compose a message it shows the characters right but after sending the message in the inbox or outbox it shows only ? question marks.
Have somebody an idea how to solve the problem.

Please check if you have also set UTF8 set in uddeIM backend (system tab).

Yes, all are set in uddeIM backend on UTF-8.

Try to set the "encryption" to "base64" or "obfuscating", so the text is encoded before stored in the database.

Yes, it works after setting the "encryption" on "base64".

Sorry for disturbing you again. It seems that the problem is not completly solved. I still get the question marks when the autoresponder sends a message in arabic. I enlosed here a screenshot.
