Individual Inbox Corrupted

Hi, I have a problem with an individual user's in-box

We seem to be able to access the outbox, trash, contacts, and compose function, but not their in-box.

Doesn't seem to be affecting other users.

have tried running the maintenance tools to no avail...

is there a tool for repairing an individual user's mailbox?

You cannot corrupt an individuals mailbox. Either it works for all or for none.

What does "you cannot access" the mailbox mean?

Have you blocked the user in CB or is the account locked (uddeIM user settings in backend)?

Hi,

when I log on as that user, I can access their outbox, trash, compose a new message, see contacts. When I try to access the in-box, it just times out and doesn't display any messages.

When I log in as any other user, i can access the in-box no problem....

Have tried removing & re-applying settings, and have deleted the messages they had on their 'account' still can't access the in-box though...

How many messages does this user have in his mailbox?

It is not a uddeIM problem. Maybe the SQL query takes too much time.

They only have one (1) message in their mailbox...not sure how it could be a generic sql time out as all other users don't experience the problem

Can you send me a database dump of this one message please. Zip it and send it to ssl(at)gmx(dot)de.

There is no reason why an inbox is not shown. The same logic is used for all users and currently uddeIM has been used to send billions of messages so far without any error.
