SQL error when attempting to save a messageDB func

I upgraded from UddeIM 1.6 to 1.7 last night. Today I installed the UddeIM 1.7 Hotfix 1.2.
Sending a message to a contact list with the CC: checkbox checked always returns a message like this. Any ideas what I should do to fix this?:

Don't use "'" in names. Currently this is not allowed, fixed in uddeIM 1.8.

You mean I should use '' in names not "" for names? I didnt make any custom changes to any files for UddeIM 1.7 and Hotfix 2. I assume the instructions for "" is in the default programming somewhere.
I can alter a file myself if you would specify the file that contains the instructions for writing names using the "". That would help me alot.

Im on Joomla 1.5.12 and CB 1.21 to be clear.

No, its a bug that does not allow quotes (single or double) in names when "Add CC: line" is enabled. uddeIM 1.8 will be released shortly and will not have this bug.

Some users on my website using UddeIM 1.8 are getting this message when doing a Global list message.
I suspect there is a bug present so that when the Encrypt stored messages is enabled to the Encrpytion setting, some users see a MySQL Error message as this.

Any thoughts?

Do you have used "Copy 2 Me"? Maybe there is the same problem. It will check it.
