I would like to ask if there is any configuration so when user updates his photo on facebook, automatically with his next login to the site to retrieve the new photo.
You'd need to turn on the Resynchronize parameter under CB Connect > Parameters > Facebook > Login if you want it to check for updates on login. It will not resynchronize automatically as that'd result in hitting API rate limits rather quickly.

New build release should be available now. You'll now be able to select one of the following resync options as well.

Suggest using the following if you just want to resync the images.

Please keep in mind it's still subject to whatever data the social network decides to provide. Their API will be behind profile updates since they use heavy caching for this so it may take up to 24 hours for the resync to apply.
