Enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration. Once done retry and provide the full error. Without the path to the error I've no clue where it's happening or on what line. If still not showing that information check your server error log around the time of the error to see if more details are there.

hi, i turn on the debug mode and i see the logs from the server and i don't have any issue, on google chrome using the Developers tools i get the error
You've something installed breaking the escaping of the onclick javascript on the join button. Switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if your issue persists. This often happens when the Joomla template adds some fancy ajax component loading and breaks the escaping of the loaded HTML.
