Hello Krileon and CB team,
It appears that CB Gallery plugin is really close to my needs. It would be awesome if I could defintely use it but I need a few custumizations for a perfect fit.
How can I
1) Show on Registration the drag and drop field to upload one or more media? (checking the box in Fields Manager didn't make it, I suppose non-registered users are'nt able by default)
2) Automatically create an album containing the uploaded files (auto-action?)
Thank you for your help!

No, it only works with existing users.

I'm not sure what you mean by this. CB Auto Actions can create albums and media, yes, but I don't know what you mean in regards to automating this on upload.

No, it only works with existing users.

In that case, what would be a good workaround to offer uploading to non-registered users?

They would need to upload after registration or you'd need to consider using an image or file field if they're needing to upload some sort of critical document with their registration.

Hello Kyle,
Using both  this forms extension  and Community Builder API I was able to subscribe users and let them upload files at the same time.
Now how can I move the uploaded files to their owner's CB Gallery? The goal is to let the users see and edit their files just as if they had always used CB Gallery.
Thank you

You'd need to insert a row into the CB Gallery database table and move the files to where CB Gallery expects them to be. CB Gallery database table is _comprofiler_plugin_gallery_items. Suggest uploading something so you can review how a row should look in that table. As for where to store the files they should be stored in the following structure.

/images/comprofiler/plug_cbgallery/USER_ID/MEDIA_TYPE/FILE

So for example if their user id is 30 and they uploaded a photo it would be placed in the following folder.

/images/comprofiler/plug_cbgallery/30/photos

Using both   this forms extension   and  Community Builder API  I was able to subscribe users and let them upload files at the same time.

I don't know why you'd need to do that. Image and File fields both allow upload during registration. You don't need a custom form to do that.
