Hi,

I have several sites in production. On one of them, the Community Builder updates and plugins appear to be disabled. However, I have the same configuration on my sites.

Can you help me ?

PS : check of version is 'Two times by day' and and i clear the cache
PHP version 7.3.31

What do you mean updates are disabled? Where exactly is the version checking failing? Install from Web isn't finding any updates? Version checking not working in CB > Plugin Management (e.g. all versions are black and not red or green)?

See these capture :

Site 1 : The capture green color allows me to see which plugin is up to date or not
Site 2 : The capture no color don't allows me to see which plugin is up to date

Capture check version it's the same for site 1 and site 2.

I would like the same between site 1 and site 2

Site 2 looks like it has version checking turned off. Within CB > Configuration > Integrations adjust the following and retry.

Version Checking: (anything except Manual)
Plugin Version and Build Release Checking: Yes

You said "Version Checking" is already set to "Every 2 Days" so my guess is "Plugin Version and Build Release Checking" is set to "No".

I've no idea then. My best guess is the HTTPS request is being blocked for whatever reason. Are you using any security extensions? Is cURL setup correctly for that site?
