1364 field doesn't have a default value

Hello,

I am creating a community with different types of users. Depending on the type of user, the fields that the user must fill in change.

I use the CB Conditional plugin to show or hide fields. The problem I encounter when I go to register a user is the following:

"1364 Field 'field_name' doesn't have a default value"

So far I have encountered this problem with fields of type Check Box (Multiple).

I don't know if it will also show up with other types of fields. For now I am stuck in this phase of the registration process.

Our fields don't have a "field_name" database column. It's just "name". My guess is you've a Joomla field causing problems or a 3rd party plugin acting on Joomla user store causing problems. Did you create any Joomla custom user fields within Users > Fields?

I apologize, I expressed myself badly. The field indicated as "field_name" indicates in a generic way the name of the real field. In the screenshot attached the error during registration. The "cb_certificazionequalita" field is a Check Box (Multiple) type Commuty Builder field.

If you deem it necessary, I can provide you with the link to the site and, if necessary, an administrative user for checks.

Strange, it should have NULL as its default. Try editing the field and re-saving it then retrying. Is the field available during registration? You said you're using CB Conditional, is it being applied to that field as well? Does the error go away if the field isn't conditioned away?

Created a bug ticket as it does appear that multicheckbox are not default NULL like other fields and they should be.

in fact I have deleted and recreated all the fields but I always get the error.
