There's no feature to change the target. The rows open using JS and are always targeting the current window. You'd need to modify comprofiler.html.php and adjust the JS so it opens in a new window.

Ok. Can you tell me which code / line in the file I'm looking for?

You'll need to modify the usersList function found in the below file.

components/com_comprofiler/comprofiler.html.php

We do not support core edits so beyond the above I can not suggest any further.

Feature request? Target setting within each list's settings?

In any case, I assumed it would be a matter of just changing the "target" in the code. Apparently not. Is it more complicated than that?

If anyone can advise on this, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The rows aren't surrounded by a <a> element (they can't be) so no it's not a matter of changing the target attribute. The linking is done using jQuery. We're feature locked so no such feature will be added to CB 2.0. I've created a feature ticket for this for CB 2.1 though.
