I discovered in the time it took to read it what I needed to know to go forward with updates or migrations. Is there a change log availible?
Or is this JUST a compatibility release`?

As usual, on our forge :)

So it's mainly a compatibility release.

On purpose, we didn't make other changes, to higher the probability of not introducing bugs.

We are still looking for more (also positive) feedbacks on 1.9 RC before going 1.9 Stable. ;)
