How can I delete my joomlapolis account? was created by

Sadly not enjoying the Joomlapolis experience and want to cease "membership" which means deleting my account. Does anyone know how to do this? The 'contact us' page always returns a server error so I'm guessing they aren't keen to... errrrm... engage with the user base... hence this forum post... any clues????
