CBsubs, ogone and SEPA payments

Beat advised us wisely to use CBsubs for all payments including SEPA recurring ones.

We worked with Ingenico/ogone and Slimpay has a SEPA integration for ingenico dealing with SEPA payments.

However it seems that some fields are not sent to Ogone for Slimpay to issue correct SEPA mandate.

We received the following email from limonetik and Ingenico team :

Comme indiqué dans la partie 4.2 du guide d'intégration ( payment-services.ingenico.com/fr/fr/ogone/support/guides/integration%20guides/limonetik/integration-e-commerce#inputparameters ). Il faudrait rajouter les champs à ce flux les champs suivants :

" Données de facturation (obligatoire pour FacilyPay/Oney, YesByCash and Slimpay) "

I have put XXX to hide some fields.

Could you be kind enough to update Ogone integration so that this gateway would send all the information needed to deal with SEPA payments ?

Great news!

I will look into implementing an option for this in the CBSubs Ogone gateway.

2 questions as you seem to be in contact with the right partners there:

- We don't have name prefix collected in the invoicing address. Can it be sent as blank or as "Mr/Mrs" / "M./Mme." ?

- street number is not collected separately from street line, do we need to guess/extract split it if from street address, or can it be blank ?

Just got the answer, first field is mandatory and second is optional.
Mr/Mme seems fine and I think that it would be best to leave the number empty as deducting it from street could be complicated with French bis ter and so on

Après investigation :

1) Le champs ECOM_SHIPTO_POSTAL_NAME_PREFIX est obligatoire, vous devez le valoriser à M / Mme

2) Par contre, le champs ECOM_BILLTO_POSTAL_STREET_NUMBER n'est pas obligatoire, vous pouvez mettre le numéro dans le ECOM_BILLTO_POSTAL_STREET_LINE1.

Votre champs ECOM_BILLTO_POSTAL_STREET_LINE1 peut être valorisé par exemple à "13 boulevard de Rochechouart"

We pay 200 € per month with Ingenico Slimpay for this

Sorry, due to urgencies, time has not yet permitted to add those parameters needed by your acquirer. But I have not forgotten your request.
