Mysql Error

Hi,
recently i've updated cbsubs and now when i go to the dashboard and i click on the basket icon i get a mysql error.
 

It doesn't happen if i go to the payment page and click on the ID of a single "payment basket" and it doesn't seems to have any effect on the frontend but i'm not sure

What can it be?

Try following:
1. upgrading again from CB - Plugins - Install - Install from Web
2. if error persists: CB - Tools - check plugins database (fix if structure incorrect, and re-check)
If error persists, turn Joomla - Configuration - Site debug On, then retry to access and copy the precise error, then turn site debug off. And paste the error displayed here (if it contains confidential information, use the [ CONFIDENTIAL ] forum formatting tag to make it only seen from us),

thanks for your help, i tried what you suggested but the error appears anyway.
Attached you have a screenshot of the debug ( i don't know why but the forum doesn't allow me to attach jpg files now, i attached a txt)

 
 

Thanks, but having the SQL query that errors would help us help you. This could be either displayed or in the Queries tab of the debugbar at bottom of the screen in Joomla debug mode.

EDIT: You may also have more information in CB Paid Subscriptions -> History Log, filtering for errors (although not sure if query would be there)

unfortunately the debug bar doesn't appear on the error page (it appears on all the other pages) and there's nothing related to that error in the history log in cb subs page.

 

Log out of backend then log back in. We've seen reports of this and it's due to a filter, but nobody has been able to provide what filter they were using so we don't know which is causing it and I've been unable to reproduce it at this time. Logging out however clears that cache and should allow access again.
