can't work out how to get payments to show in the payments list

I've tested with paypal and paypal pro.
even after successful payments, I get no items listing in the payments area.

I want to get the refund function working.
Without listings here, I don't think it will show.
As far as I can see, the refund links show on items in this list.

Do you have notifications within CBSubs > Notifications from PayPal? If the notification failed (PDT or IPN) it should be noted there with why. Errors can also be found within CBSubs > History Log it there are any. My guess is you didn't configure your account correctly. Please be sure to follow the instructions within the gateway and/or CBSubs Manual carefully. Cancellations and Refunds onsite will not work without the API Credentials configured for PayPal standard.

In the last notification, which payment went through successfully, I see this in the list.

Your issue is the same as the following.

There's a problem specifically with PayPal Sandbox. PayPal has made changes that we need to investigate and see if we need to make changes to our API usages. This does not affect live sites if configured as instructed.
