I use latest version of JOOMLA, latest version of CB, latest version of CBSubs and it's plugins.
I have set up the CCBill gateway according to instructions provided on the CBSubs pdf. After some days of searching and testing, i had no luck at all and i decided to post my issue here.
So...
The client selects what he wants to buy, he moves to CCBill, completes the payment successfully and he is redirected to my website where he sees the error...
Please contact site administrator to check error log.
No suitable basket found.
Also the profile is not updated with the subscription that he paid for.
I get notification on my mail that informs me that someone paid that includes the details of the user, the plan he paid for and everything else.
I spoke several times with CCBill support about this issue while trying to find a solution without any luck.
Can you please help?
